Project overview
The 2410 team developed the BizComplianceCalculator™, a web application designed to help SMEs calculate up to 36 types of taxes and statutory returns, covering 16 categories.
The app supports various tax types including Income Tax, VAT, PAYE, UIF, SDL, and more. The client required conversion of complex Excel formulas into an interactive online calculator with customizable logic, an intuitive interface, and the ability to update or add new calculators over time.
The client acknowledged the calculator functioned well with the necessary formulas, but noted dissatisfaction with initial communication.
However, after discussions and further adjustments (like screen separation and update capacity), collaboration continued, showing client confidence in the product and its potential.
